除非需要加婴儿床，两岁以下的儿童入住不收取额外费用，而两岁以上的儿童算作成人住客。如需要婴儿床，我们将一次性收取40欧元费用，您可以在住宿期间任意使用。公寓入住人数将被严格限制在网站发布的详情中提到的可入住人数之内。

我们在下午2点至晚上9点间提供免费办理入住，但你需要提前与我们预约。晚上9点至午夜12点之间办理入住我们将收取40欧元手续费。若您需要在午夜12点以后办理入住，请先咨询我们的办公室。此时间段办理入住需缴纳60欧元手续费。

登记入住时，您需要支付押金（可以使用信用卡）和城市税（以现金方式支付），城市税每人每晚为3.50欧元，最多收取10晚。

我们的标准退房时间为上午10点，如果您需要提前很早离开公寓，请与我们的业务经理联系以安排退房。

如果您需要延迟退房，请与我们的客服部门或业务经理联系。延迟退房至下午4点，我们将收取30%的当晚房费，此费用至少为50欧元。若需要的话您可以将行李存放至我们的办公室，您的个人业务经理也将尽可能地为您提供帮助。
