This short rental apartments includes a self-serving private bar, which has been designed with luxury and convenience in mind, aptly situated in a small junction of the flat, this bar is covered in fabulous luxurious glass mosaic specifically adapted for it, by none other than the accredited Bisazza!

The apartment has an inviting open-up entrance, which (especially for guest entertainment) includes a walk-in-closet; the entrance then leads to a chilled space which is inclusive of a bathroom which features a beautifully large shower and an overnight loft comprising of two single beds.

The all auspicious living room area includes an entertainment room consisting of a beautiful flat screen TV, with an advanced home theatre system, two comfortable double sofas, an ottoman bed, bookcase, and a cast-iron fireplace, the beautiful corner bar and a table that can comfortably sit ten people; a classic living room which is accessible to a small enclosed porch which enables the cook to be free to express his style as it has all the amenities which are beautifully designed in wenge (an African wood) designed with the contrast of a stainless steel peninsula.

There is a convenient sliding door that separates the kitchen from the second bedroom which is inclusive of the master bedroom, a coveted-all-essential walk in closet with a shoe cupboard, and a beautiful bathroom which features a Jacuzzi. The flooring of the living room and the raised sleeping loft is in paved by the best which is none other than parquet; the adjacent areas are coated with the local black stone of the Aosta Valley.

Area

The area is particularly attractive considering the close proximity of many other places of interest that are within walking distance: including the Indro Montanelli, where you can indulge in a jog or just a relaxing afternoon. Milan's gardens and parks are also located within the Milan Planetarium and the educational museum where a planetarium projects the image of the stars and their movements in the sky, not forgetting the Civic Museum of Natural History.
