En aucun cas, les fêtes sont autorisées. Cet appartement fait partie d'un «Condominio» et nous devons respecter les règles de la résidence. Aucune personne supplémentaire ne peut être invitée dans l'appartement ou sur la terrasse. Si l'appartement dispose d'un balcon ou d'une terrasse, il est impératif qu'il n'y ait pas de bruit après 22h00. EUROPEA a le droit de retenir le dépôt de garantie si les règles de la maison sont violées.

Pour les enfants de moins de 2 ans, il n'y a pas de frais, sauf si un lit bébé est nécessaire. Les enfants sont considérés comme des "adultes" s'ils ont plus de 2 ans. Un lit bébé est facturé 40€ valable pour l'ensemble de votre séjour. En aucun cas, l'appartement peut accueillir plus de personnes que ce qu'il est indiqué.

Nous offrons un check-in gratuit de 14h00 à 21h00, mais uniquement sur rendez-vous. Entre 21h00 et minuit, 40€ peuvent être facturés. Après minuit, le check-in n'est possible qu'après avoir consulté notre bureau et que les frais supplémentaires s'élèvent à 60€ dans ce cas.

Lors de votre check-in, notre équipe vous invitera à procéder au dépôt de garantie  par carte de crédit) et aux taxes de séjour. Nous tenons à vous rappeler que la taxe de séjour est de 3,50 € par personne et par nuit pour un maximum de 10 nuits et doit être payée en espèces à l'arrivée.

Notre heure de check-out est à 10h00 du matin. Dans le cas où vous devez partir très tôt, vous devriez organiser le check-out avec notre service clientèle.

Le check-out tardif n'est possible qu'après avoir consulté notre service clientèle. Pour un départ tardif jusqu'à 16h00, nous facturons 30% du tarif de la nuit avec un minimum de 50€. Si nous pouvons vous aider à stocker vos bagages, nous le ferons.
