Clés

La résidence est fournit avec deux jeux de clefs. Les clés sont très importantes. Nous comptons sur vous pour en prendre soin.

Afin d'organiser le check-in, nous vous prions de nous appeler sur notre numéro de téléphone réservé aux check-ins lorsque vous arrivez à la gare ou l'aéroport afin que nous puissions planifier une heure de rendez-vous :

• Si possible, nous vous donnerons rendez-vous devant la porte de l'appartement.

• S'il s'avère que l'appartement n'est pas encore prêt pour votre arrivée, nous planifierons un rendez-vous plus tard. Entre temps, nous vous inviterons à stocker vos bagages au bureau parisien de EUROPEA (37 rue Saint Paul, 75004 Paris). Le bureau est ouvert tous les jours de l'année aux heures suivantes : 9h30 -13h30; 14h30 -19h.

A votre arrivée, notre équipe vous invitera à procéder au dépôt de la garantie (votre carte bancaire ne sera pas débitée) et de la taxe de séjour (1 euro par jour et par personne). Nous tenons à vous rappeler que nous acceptons seulement les modes de paiement suivants: MasterCard - Visa.

We had a wonderful visit to Paris. The apartment easily accommodated our group of 8 adults and 1 child. We would definitely seek out this apartment on our next visit to Paris!

The apartment was very good. The following points are mi,or: 1. a lack of washing up miquid and tea towelrs, brush to sweep up crumbs etc. 2. Shortage of Nespresso coffee capsules (prepared to purchase them). 3. Didn't seem to be any air con in the smaller bedrooms. 4. My daughters said there was a lack of mirrors in the bathrooms.

The service of the team was excellent. Would recommend the company. Merci bien!

Dear Yann, Lovely home and a great location. Lots of space, with everything we needed and more. We were four adults and four children and very pleased with everything. Supermarket, patisserie and the metro we all just steps away. 

Paris was incredible and the Chocolate Factory was a delight.

Everything went very well and the location of the apartment was very good Some things in the apartment needed attention: the separate toilet was difficult to flush, some light bulbs were not working, reading lights should be provided for all beds, the oven instructions were not complete - more explanation required

We enjoyed this apartment immensely! It was perfect for our family of 3. Couldn't be happier and didn't want to leave. Would look to book again on future trips to Paris and would certainly recommend to others. Had a problem with getting the dishwasher to work correctly. Would have preferred a bit more hand-holding during the check-in and after, but Eva and Joran were friendly and professional. And given this was an emergency "rescue" rental, we have no serious complaints. Good going! I'd like to post to positive review on TripAdvisor but didn't rent this apartment through that source. Any advice on helping to spread the good word online about Scipion?
