1- Our Agreement With You

Products

Europea Residences provides a variety of accommodation products and affiliated services. Your agency will be entering into a distribution contract to propose our products to your clients by using the technology provided by Europea Residences. Software and content found on our website are owned or licensed by Europea Residences, your use of which may be subject to further conditions.

By booking your client’s arrangement with Europea Residences or using our website, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement that are applicable to your clients reservations or use of this website content.

Deposit and Payments

Credit card option : The final client is responsible for the payment of the rental. The final client will proceed the rental payment directly via the white brand agency website.

Bank transfer option : The Agency is responsible for collecting the payment from its clients and for sending the payment of the rental to Europea Residences.

In order to confirm a reservation, the Agency will need to proceed 50% deposit to Europea Residences upon reservation. Please note that payment of a deposit enables us to hold a reservation for you but does not guarantee the apartment. The reservation can only be guaranteed once we receive full payment at least 45 days prior arrival of the guest. In order to have a smooth and efficient partnership, reservations deposit and remainder can be paid globally once per month.

Commission and Pay-out

For its efforts to distribute our products, the Agency will receive a commission from each rental confirmed by its clients.

Credit card option : For the Agencies allowed to use the credit card option, Europea Residences will proceed the payment of your agency commission on 25th of each month.

Bank transfer option : For the Agencies allowed to use bank transfer option, the Agency will receive the payment of the rental from its clients directly. Then, the Agency will be able to deduct their commission from the rental payment ( deposit and remainder ) the Agency will pay monthly to EUROPEA Residences.

Cancellations and Changes

Any cancellation or modification expressed by of of your customer will be sent to EUROPEA Residences by email only. Conditions of modification and cancellation are provided by default by the owners as follows:

• Any reduction or extension of stay is subject to the approval of the owner or the legal representative. EUROPEA Residences will act as a mediator to find a solution for accommodating both parties.

• For cancellations sent more than 15 days prior to arrival, EUROPEA Residences are required to refund 50% of the total booking price.

• For cancellations sent between 15 days and the arrival date, no refund will be granted.

• Exceptional cases: In exceptional cases, EUROPEA Residences will defend the cause of a Agency / client to the owner or legal representative for the non-application of the cancellation conditions. This clause will be at the sole discretion and decision of the owner or legal representative. This service provided by EUROPEA Residences does not create any liability of result on the part of EUROPEA Residences.

• It is the customer's responsibility to take out insurance to meet any unforeseen situation.

2- Privacy Policy

The private limited liability company EUROPEA Residences applies all the directives of the European Union on the protection of user data. Thus EUROPEA Residences engages to:

Never rent or sell data used in its business to any third party, business or individual users.

Never store credit card data of its users.
