This large (160 m2), light, and airy duplex apartment is situated in Paris's 9th arrondissement which is a neighbourhood that will delight fans of culture, history, and shopping. There is a loft bedroom and a second bathroom equipped with a shower. The Parisian apartment has hard wood floors throughout. The area around is well served by public transport (metro stop Liège on line 13) and there is also free parking. There are several dining options in the vicinity offering a range of international cuisine. It is close to the theater de Paris, the Paris Opera and several museums, and within easy walking distance of two of Paris's favorite department stores, Galeries Lafayette and Printemps.

A Security deposit will be debited at the apartment and refunded 24 hours after your departure. Our clients will need to bring an ID or passport.

Upon arrival you will be given one set of keys. Larger apartments (3 bedrooms and more) have an additional set.

Check-in/check-out process

In this residence, our usual check-in time is 4 pm, but we always do our very best to make it as early as possible if the residence is available. Please let us know as soon as possible your ideal check-in time. We do check-ins during the night as well on this residence.

According to the housekeeping schedule, we could either provide a direct check-in at the apartment or if the apartment is not ready yet, you are welcomed to leave your luggage in our office situated in central Paris at 2 Rue de l'Amiral de Coligny - 75001 Paris.

Our check-out is 11 am. Any later, we will ask you to pay half the price for the following night. Depending on circumstances, we will try and arrange the best solution for you.

You can always pop your bags down at our local office.

At the check-in, our guest relations will be waiting for you inside the apartment to help you get settled in and answer any questions. Our team will contact you prior to your arrival in order to confirm a check-in time so we can arrange an appointment. Please let us know as soon as you can if there are any changes in your schedule. After the booking, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the apartment address, important details and a short recap of the services available onsite.
