Area

The apartment is located close to Milan city centre, in a refined and elegant residential area. Across the street is the Largo Marinai d’Italia park, a big green area for jogging and sports.

Within walking distance is the Court of Justice, the Maggiore Hospital (Policlinico) and the Mangiagalli hospital; in the area you there is also the headquarters of the Milan State University (Università Statale) and the IED (European School of Architecture and Design).

In Corso XXII Marzo there are plenty of restaurants, shops, cafés and cinemas. In Piazza V Giornate is a big Coin shopping mall.

Public trasport

The area is well served by public transport, which connects with both Milan Linate airport (bus line 73) and Milan city centre (tramway 27 and bus line 73 to Piazza San Babila).

The closest metro stop is Porta Romana (yellow line MM3), located 1,6 km away.

Policy

In Milan, some properties might be located in residential areas, please remember that sound travels and noise should be kept to reasonable levels especially after 10pm.

In Milan, pets are welcome at some of our properties. Please ask us prior booking. However we require a double damage deposit of €600 and an additional cleaning fee of €120.

In each of our destinations, initial and final cleaning are included in the rental price. Should you need any additional cleaning, this has to be requested prior arrival or onsite and it will be provided with additional costs.

 

Check-in/check-out process

The keys to the apartment will be given on the spot to the guest by Europea's appointee, acting on behalf of the owner, at such location and time as agreed by prior arrangement. Check-ins are regularly done between 3 P.M. and 7 P.M. while check-outs are between 9 A.M. and 12 P.M (noon).

Check-ins prior to 3 P.M. are only possible in apartments without a check-out scheduled for the same day, and need the written approval by the Company.

Upon handing over the keys of the apartment, the company's appointee will also provide the Guest with a form containing a description of the current condition of the apartment and its furniture, equipment and accessories. The Guest agrees to sign the said form, reserving the right to supply in writing any comment or observation.
