The set is fully equipped, in particular for the kitchen and the living room as well as its balcony, also accessible from the bedroom, which will allow you access to the open air.
The accommodation is on the 2nd floor of a building located in the west of Paris, below the famous Bois de Boulogne and next to the large national domain of Saint-Clou and the Parc des Princes. You will thus have the proximity of the great forests of Paris. The billancourt metro (line 9) to reach the center is just in the next street.

We kindly ask our guest to occupy the apartment in a mindful manner. No party, no music after 8 pm and no animals.
- Cleanliness & state of the apartment
A cleaning at the end of your trip is included in our rate. However, we thank you in advance for returning the apartment in a respectable condition.
- Smoking
This residence is non-smoking. If the apartment is equipped with a terrace, we allow smoking on the terrace if no trace is left and cleaning is done by you.
- Please be so kind to take note that our apartments are only occupied by our Owners / Main Renters most of the time. Indeed, only primary residence are allowed to rent it out in short terms in Paris and its close regions. For this reason, we invite you to be careful to belongings you may find inside the apartment. We expect peaceful use of our apartments and full respect for our neighbours.
- We will contact you 24 h prior your arrival regarding your check in. Please provide us your arrival details ( flight / train number, time of arrival..) as soon as you know it. It will help for a smooth check in and a stress free operations.
- Check in time is possible from 15pm until 20pm. We could make some exception in case of Flight delay etc, but please let us know in advance. An extra fees of 50€ will be needed onsite in case of exceptional late check in.
- Check out time is 11am. If you need late check out and our apartment is free that day, we always allow it free of charge but it depends availabilities.
