Cleanliness & state of the apartment

A cleaning at the end of your trip is included in our rate. However, we thank you in advance for returning the apartment in a respectable condition.

This Residence is nonsmoking.

Keys

We will provide 2 sets of keys at your check in. Those keys are very important so we count on you to take care of them and not to lose them.

In order to organise the check-in time please do not forget to call us on our check-in contact number when you arrive at the airport or train station so we can coordinate a meeting time:

• If possible, we will meet you directly in front of the apartment.

• Should the apartment not be ready for your arrival, we will schedule a later meeting time and allow you to store your luggage at EUROPEA Paris office at 37 rue Saint Paul 75004 Paris. We will be open every day of the year 09:30 -13:30 ; 14:30 -19:00.

At your check-in, our team will invite you to proceed the security deposit (your bank card will not be debited) and the city taxes ( 1 euro per day and per person). We would like to remind you that onsite we only accept the following forms of payment: MasterCard – Visa.
