Policy

The cleaning fee of the apartment is included in the rental price. However, we would kindly ask our client:

(1) to put all their waste in the litter bin;

(2) to put all the used tableware in the dishwasher and to switch it on before you leave;

(3) to collect altogether the emptied bottles and to leave them at the same place.

All these will help us to facilitate the work of our cleaning team. We thank you in advance for your understanding and help. Nevertheless, if the client leaves the apartment in an extremely untidy condition (as a result of not respecting the rules mentioned above), an extra fee (100€) will be applied.

Meanwhile, we would also like to remind you that it is forbidden to smoke or to bring any animals inside the residences. Some extra fees (250€) would be applied in case that this rule is not respected.

Check-in/check-out process

In terms of the check-in process, there will be no reception desk onsite. Instead, we offer a simple “Self Check-in” mode, which can be processed via the “Access Codes” that we give you - one code for the entry door of the building; another code for the apartment’s door. The Access Codes will be sent by mail 2 days before your arrival and once again the day of your arrival by SMS. In case if needed or necessary, the representative of our team would be also more than happy to come and welcome you at the residence, or to give you all sorts of onsite support during the check-in. The check-in time starts from 3pm. Sometimes we could also accept early check-in, however this is subject to the residence’s availability and an extra fee of 100€ might be requested.

In terms of the check-out process, it can be simply done by closing the door of the apartment behind you upon departure. The check-out time is until 12h00 (noon) for the latest.
