The rate includes :

- Bed sheets and towels, and cleanings before the check-in and after check-out,
- Check-in directly at the property, and full assistance during your stay

At check-in we will pre-authorize the security deposit amount on your credit card. After your check-out, we will check the property. This pre-authorization will be automatically cancelled if no damages have been detected in the property.

The following rules are important to us :

- The neighbours' peace.
- The police peace.
- No party at the apartment. The use of the property needs to be peaceful.
- The check-out time need to be respected.

Time for check-in and check-out:
Check-in: Contractual time for check-in is from 5pm to 8 pm

From 8pm to 12am (midnight): extra fee of €30
After 12am (midnight): €50 plus extra fee of €10 per additional hour
Sundays and bank holidays: extra fee €30

Check-out: At 11am at the latest.

Early check-in and late check-out:
Check-in between 12pm (noon) and 5pm: Upon request, please ask EUROPEA by Email.
In Barcelona, we offer an early check-in service from 12pm (noon) for you to be able to check-in and leave your luggage in the property, and not to wait till 5pm. There could be a cleaning scheduled at the same moment, in such case, please leave the property just after check-in to let the cleaning team complete the preparation of the property for you.

Check-in before 12pm (noon): to check-in before 12pm (noon), we invite you to book the previous night.

Late check-out: EUROPEA Residences is obliged to accept instant bookings by internet travel websites. For this reason we are unable to commit and offer a late check-out service. In order to be able to check-out after 11am, please book an additional night.
