This one bedroom apartment located in the famous Sant Eligio Street is just what you need for your Rome getaway. This apartment is perfect for a couple, couple with children or three friends. It has maintained its grand appeal since 17th century representing the rich presence where once Rome’s goldsmith was settled.

On the first floor (no elevator), the apartment has a cosy lobby that leads you to a kitchen that has everything you need to put together an awesome meal. On the right to the kitchen is a beautiful blue tiled restroom with shower and toilet.

The apartment is designed with big windows to allow natural light to make the lounge area luminous and bright. Retro style dining area in the lounge is perfect to fit 3 or 4 people. The apartment features 1 bedroom that has a sofa bed, perfect to fit your friend or children. Cotto flooring and wooden ceiling bring warmth to the apartment making it a perfect place to call home away from home.

It is a large park that includes several different settings – the bamboo grove in particular is a must-see. Villa Farnesina is considered one of the noblest and most harmonious creations of the Italian Renaissance. Antica Trattoria Da Carlone restaurant is located very close to the riverside, is a must-visit for all pasta lovers – it is known to have the best carbonara in the city.


Under no circumstance, parties are allowed. This apartment is part of so-called 'Condominio' and we have to respect the house rules. No additional people can be invited into the apartment or on the terrace. If the apartment has a balcony or terrace it is imperative that there can be no noise after 22.00. EUROPEA has the right to withhold the security deposit if the house rules are breached.

For children under 2 years old, there are no fees, unless a baby cot is required. Children are considered and counted as adults if above 2 years old. A baby cot has a one time fee of Euro 40,- valid for your entire stay. In no circumstance, the apartment can host more people than what it is published by.

Check-in/check-out process

We offer a free personal check in from 14.00 until 21.00, but only by appointment. Between 21.00 and 00.00 (midnight) there is a check in fee of euro 40,-. After midnight check-in is only possible after having consulted our office and the check-in fee is Euro 60,-.

At your check-in, our team will invite you to proceed the security deposit (can be arranged by credit card) and the city taxes. We would like to remind you that the city tax is €3.50 per person per night for a max of 10 nights and needs to be paid in cash on arrival.

Our standard check out time is 10.00 AM in the morning. In case you have to leave very early, you should arrange the check out with our operations manager.

Late check-out is only possible after having consulted with our customer service or directly with our operations manager that will check you in. For a late check out until 16.00 we charge 30% of the nightly rate with a minimum of euro 50,-. If we can help you with storing your luggage we will do so. Your personal operations manager will try to assist you if possible.
